About Antoine
Antoine is a very sweet, shy boy who came into rescue as an unclaimed stray. His progress was slow until we introduced him to sparkly, sassy Ivy, who has helped show Antoine the way when it comes to trusting humans. He is still very timid althoughAntoine and Ivy, he has come a long way, and likes a quiet place to hide.
This lovely, affectionate boy would do well in a home with a bit of outdoor space as it might help with his naughty habit of scratching the carpet!
He needs a gentle, patient owner committed to helping him continue to emerge from from his shy little shell. He will do well with another cat when introduced properly.
Ivy is a very outgoing girl with lots of energy. Into everything, highly curious, and loves the scratching board. She is a bit of a rough player so probably not suited to a household with children. Although she has turned out to be a good match with her fellow foster cat Antoine, their foster carer does not feel that they are deeply bonded, and says that Antoine would do well with any friendly cat, while Ivy would be well matched with another rambunctious cat who matches her energy levels.
If you are interested in adopting Antoine or Ivy either separately or together please email your interest in these special cats. They would be ideal together, however if they do go to separate homes, they will each need the company of another friendly cat in the home.

Please be aware that Paws and Recover is run by volunteers who also work. We endeavour to answer enquires as quickly as possible. Some animals will inevitably be very popular and will generate many enquires. Where there is a high volume of enquires received, it will be our priority to contact those that best fit the requirements of the animal. This may mean that it is not possible for all enquires to be answered. Please keep an eye on the website for all updates.
Providing quality information as a part of your enquiry including information about your home environment, family, work hours, other pets and what you are looking for in a companion animal along with what you can offer one will greatly assist.
Please always provide a contact phone number as a part of your enquiry.
