About Tali
Sweet Tali came to foster as a scared and shy 5 month old kitten. The first night, she cried and cried and the following day was introduced to another foster cat and her crying stopped.
Tali feels safe with other cats and quickly was bossing around her older roommate. People are another challenge. She generally will allow some scratches, although she gets nervous.
She doesn't love being picked up and held, but she is working with her foster carer to get better at this, and shows improvement each day. She loves her food and treats are a great reward while she sits on a lap.
Tali's weakness are toys, especially balls. A ball can't roll past without a reaction! And she loves interactive play, and will chase wand toys around the room.
Tali is still too skittish for younger children, and does need a home where everyone understands that she will need time and help to trust and relax.
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
