About Momo
** We would like Momo adopted by breed savvy and breed educated people so Doggie Rescue is being very thorough with any adoption applications.
Cherry Blossom a 3yo Akita had a rough start to motherhood. She was a pound girl and was sent for desex. At the vets they determined she was late stage pregnant and she had a caesarean. She has 3 pups, two boys and a girl who are doing well.
Cherry has been a wonderful gentle Mum.
Toru (strength/power) Koro (roly poly) and Momo (peach) are Cherry Blossom's pups, born by caesar 23 Feb 21. Cherry is an Akita but we do not know who Dad was. They will grow to large dogs 40+kg. Akitas are a large and powerful dog with a noble presence. They are fearless and loyal guardians of their families. Yet they are also affectionate, respectful, and amusing dogs when properly trained and socialized. They need an experienced family to socialise them well. They are not a breed for novice dog owners.
Each pup’s adoption fee is $800 and comes with 3 puppy vaccinations, desexing, microchipped, wormed and heartworm free.
Cherry Blossom’s adoption fee is $450. She comes desexed, C5 vaccinated, heartworm free and microchipped. Also included is a free Health and Wellness Voucher with our DR Vet
Please complete the 5 steps to adoption on the Doggie Rescue website if you are interested in meeting Cherry or her pups.

Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
