About Regal
Hello my name is Regal.
I didn't have a good start to life, I use to hang out with all my siblings and their babies, until a kind lady rescued me and now is my foster mum.
Lucky she has other great cats that I can hang with, which I really love and would benefit from in my new home. Since I am a young and very shy boy, I really need a home that does not have little children, as loud noises startle me and I will find a safe place to hide. I just love having company and really would like a best friend pussycat.
Once I trust you (and I need a lot of time alone to build that trust), then you will discover that I will greet you with my big yellow eyes, and a little tiny "meow". I do love and appreciate my food however I am polite so I will sit quietly and wait for.
I do enjoy a nice gentle pat, and even a good scratch under my chin, I am still scared of being picked up and cuddled - however over time I might enjoy that.
I have met a couple of doggies who live in my foster home, I am still unsure of them - even though they completely ignore me as they are excellent with pussycats! I might be able to become friends with a gentle small doggie in the future, however at this stage in my life I do love my pussycat pals.
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
