About Khaleela
Khaleela is a very little cat looking for her fur-ever home. She is a very shy girl who still isn't too sure on people just yet. As you can see, she is really beautiful but would need some time and support to be her best self.
As Khaleela is quite shy, she would suit a quiet, mature home to learn how to become more confident and trust humans a bit more.
I have gone from frozen to thawed.
When I was at the Cat Haven I didn't like being in my condo and became very
withdrawn and sad. My foster parents worked very hard to gain my confidence and trust and after 3 ½ months I began to enjoy and trust their love and scratches.
As my confidence continues to grow I am becoming a big smooch and purr and, even though it is unlady like, I sometimes drool because I love scratches and pats sooooo much.
When I am by myself, especially at night, I love to play with my toys. I really like ping pong balls and small soft toys that I can scatter all around the place.
I still have a little way to go and need to be approached slowly because I frighten easily so I really need a quitehome with no other pets.
I will melt your heart and know that we will become the best of friends if you are happy to give me some time to continue my development into the beautiful cat I know I can be.
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
