Kim has 2x vaccinations, is flea and worm treated, microchipped, desexed, and FIV and FeLV negative.
We want to make it simple. So this is the process:

(4) You meet the Cat.
(5) Subject to Cat Committee approval and a house inspection (plus a modest adoption fee), you adopt the Cat.
