About Lou Reed
Lou Reed came into rescue as a skinny 14 week old kitten who’d been living on a busy intersection. He has shown himself to be a cuddly, inquisitive character and he’s making great strides in getting used to living in a domestic environment, although he is still a little bit shy sometimes, which is understandable.
This boy loves to purr loudly, especially when he sees you coming with delicious plates of food, and when you pick him up for intense snuggles.
He would do well in a home with another, friendly cat to show him the way, or would be ok on his own with owners who are home a lot. He needs an owner who will be patient with him as he blooms into the handsome gentleman he’s going to be. He’d particularly love to stay with his brother Ray Davies, you get the best of both worlds, shy and confident!
Given Lou Reed is still very shy and is particularly nervous around loud noises and sudden movements, he would do best in a home without children.
