About Bubba
Bubba was previously a street cat that we looked after in one of our colonies and for a long time, we were blind to the amazing cat underneath his matted fur. Bubba went into foster care after being harassed on the street and transformed into a different cat altogether, not only due to a physical groom, but also the love that shone through his personality. He became talkative and affectionate and completely enthralled with whoever was willing to cuddle him. Bubba is currently staying at a sanctuary and tends to entertain any guests that come to visit, showing us that he is finally ready to trust humans again. More recently, he has been clutching onto the residents to stop them from leaving him, a cue that he is ready for a forever family that can give him the love he deserves.
Bubba has FIV from being on the street, although appears to be a gentle cat himself. His ear is crinkled (cauliflower ear) from a previous ear infection which has now been treated. Bubba is otherwise healthy and is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped (953010004564017) and flea and wormed. He would suit a quiet home where he will get plenty of time and affection. If this sounds like you, please send us a PM or email us at homesafesydney@gmail.com for an application form.
