With Rex you never really know if your going to have a speedy loon or a calm laid-back fella, he changes whenever he wants. This does make things quite interesting and keeps you on your toes, some days he is just so well hidden he cannot be seen.
Reguardless of this he does have a really sweet nature and gets along really well with boys or girls, he is currently living in the boy herd.

As he is living comfortably with a herd of 10 males he must have a companion, gut stasis and a timid companion pet are real possibilities. Guinea pigs should always be housed with a companion guinea pig they get along with.
