About Rose
Rose is a sweet attentive girl. Even though she is mature in age she is very strong and fit for her age. Rose is good with kids and suits 12+yo as she jumps up when excited. She walks nicely on loose lead with no reaction toward cars or other dogs and enjoys being patted.
Walkers say: ", "Enjoyed a cuddle. Very sweet dog", "Nice gentle girl. Keen to walk", "Rose is gorgeous. She pulls a lot, very strong." She came from the pound in poor condition with cauliflower ears and ear infections, infected nailbed and skin allergy issues. With lots of treatment this has all improved and her skin is settling down beautifully. She needs a committed owner who will keep things in check. She has a smooth coat and weighs 26.5kg.
Garden: Needs a home that has more space as well as a garden for exercise and regular walks outside.
Suit Full Time Worker: Not overly needy and can entertain itself. DR recommends play time, dog toys etc.
Good with Kids: Shown to be good with kids in the controlled environment of the Shelter.
Medical notes
She comes desexed, C5 vaccinated, heartworm free and microchipped. Also included for the love and health of our dogs is a free Health and Wellness Voucher with our DR Vet
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
