Hi, I'm Elegance but my foster mum calls me 'Elly'. I'm a super smoocher, but I'm a bit scared so I'll hiss at you to pretend I'm not. Ignore the hiss and give me a chin scratch and I'll be your friend and meow for more if you stop 'coz I love to be petted. I'm also a sucker for tuna treats if you want me to come out of hiding. I'm still pretty wary of strange noises so I'll hide wherever I can, even under my bedding, but sit with me quietly and I'll be smooching you in no time. I've some wary interest about the resident felines here so I'd probably love a housemate if we're introduced slowly. I think I'd prefer a quieter household but I may warm to some young humans in time, the teenage ones where I'm staying don't like my hissing introduction so haven't said hello much.
I came to Cat Haven as my owners were moving and couldn't take me with them! As I said, I'm a shy girl so I will take a little bit of time to come out of my shell but I have lived in a home before so hopefully it won't take me too long!
I can't wait to find my furrever home.
