Ten very sweet, friendly hennies were surrendered because their humans were no longer able to care for them.
They are isa browns, bred by the egg industry to be exploited for their eggs. Because they have been genetically geared to overproduce eggs it takes a huge toll on their reproductive systems. We are seeking a home for them who want to adopt them for their companionship, not the eggs they produce. Successful applicants will be prepared to get them medical treatment when required, and will be prepared to love and care for them for their natural lives.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is an initial application form, followed by a conversation over message or phone, and finally a property check. Adopters must agree to the condition that animals must be returned to our rescue if they can no longer stay in their home.
