About Lovely Lady
Are you looking for the cuddliest of cuddle bugs? A Lady who will wake you in the morning with multiple kisses and snuggles? Look no further.
Lady has been in our care since April and has come a very long way. She will greet you first thing in the morning patiently waiting by your legs to join you for a morning snuggle before breakfast. She will follow you around the house very politely asking to be picked up for a drive by smooch. Lady enjoys playing on her own or with a friend, and LOVES Christmas time! All the sparkly things to admire and twinkle lights to be mesmerized by.
Lady is an energetic 2 year old who genuinely just wants to be loved, she quietly waits until you’re ready to give her attention, but will adoringly stare at you until you do. She would make the perfect pet for any family, and will brighten up your home.
Lady is best suited to a quiet home with a loving family who have the time to give her the attention she needs and don’t mind the 7am/9pm zoomies all around the house. Lady gets along with other cats, and would love to have a friend to keep her company, or an owner who is home often for company.
She does have FIV, but do not let this deter you! Her foster mum Jess has no issues letting her play with her other two (FIV negative) cats, and she is so energetic, playful and loving that you will entirely forget that she even has it.
Please note that Lady is FIV+, which means that while she is immunocompromised (similar to HIV), but if kept strictly indoors, up to date on flea/worm treatments and yearly vaccinations, and fed a raw healthy diet, she can still live a long healthy life. Cats with FIV rarely progress to AIDS (unlike the human virus), in fact only in 5% of cases, which means 19/20 cats will likely die of old age before anything FIV related. It is rarely transmitted to other animals (or humans) via casual contact, and only really becomes an issue if taking out pet insurance. Please don’t be afraid to adopt a FIV+ cat, they need loving homes too!
Medical notes
Our cats come desexed, vaccinated (1st F3 & booster), microchipped, FELV negative and will have up to date worm and flea treatments. They will need to be lifetime registered which is a $55 once off fee. This is compulsory in NSW. Please note their age in this ad is an estimate only. They are rescue cats and their foster parents do not know their precise age or family history and cannot guarantee their future health.
