Update: Lucky is not Tomi's second name. This boy has been dealt the unlucky card time after time. Tomi was adopted to a new home at our recent adoption day but just a few days later was surrendered back to us. Tomi is now back in foster care and settled in well. What we have learnt about Tomi recently is that he is a very energetic kitty and prefers to have some company. He is a super super smooch and loves his people. He gets along well with other kitties and dogs too.
UPDATE: This poor little guy became sick whilst in foster care and it has been a long road to recovery for him. Little Tomi is now 25 weeks old but still every bit as adorable as he was at 3 weeks old.
Tomi has now recovered from a bad tummy bug but as a result, he does have a sensitive belly and may always. Tomi does best with high quality food so his new parents will need to keep this up to ensure he is happy and healthy.
As you can see from his photos, he is very much loved and adored by everyone. He is a happy, confident, playful boy who LOVES his food, toys and cuddles.
He will do well in a home with another cat, or dog or kids, so long as he has lots of entertainment.
Tomi is one of many cats we brought into care through our Community Desexing Program while helping a neighbourhood in Palmerston with the many many stray cats in the area. Tomi came in at only a few weeks old with his 3 siblings and mum, Tamiko. This lovely little family have been in foster care since getting big and healthy and they are now old enough to find forever homes to call their own!
It's impossible not to love Tomi!!! He's a fluffy, chunky, affectionate, cool dude! He is confident and usually the first to explore new things. He is laid back and go with the flow, loves to have a play with his siblings and loves his food.
Tomi's weakness is pats! He is super affectionate and madly kneads you whilst purring loudly and trying to rub into you as much as he can. He rarely has enough and will happily stay as long as you let him.
If you would like to meet Tomi, please contact us.
