About Ammo (on trial)
Ammo is on trial in his new home, received an overwhelming response and have done our best to get back to everyone apologies if we have missed you
If his trial is unsuccessful only suitable applicants will be contacted
Ammo is a sweet and affection little gentleman with a submissive and quiet nature.
He can initially be a little shy but very quickly warms up and is so loyal once you earn his trust and love.
Ammo is a loving little lap dog, always sitting next to you or on your lap for a scratch and pat. He loves a ride in the car and does enjoy a daily potter around the block.
Ammo happily coexists with the cats in his foster home with no problems, he also gets along with all other dogs but wouldn't suit a home with an over the top or boisterous dog. He does enjoy the company of a small dog and would prefer if his parents are working that he has the company of one.
Ammo is toilet trained and is an indoor dog, he is looking for a home he can share the bed with, a daily walk, ride in the car and a cuddle on the couch of an evening.
He would suit a retired couple well looking for a great companion, with the exception of grand children visiting often. Ammo is not suited to a home with children. Teenagers 16 and over will be considered.
Ammo has currently lived on property and is great with live stock, if he goes to a home on property they will still need to have a fenced yard. Ammo would not suit an apartment or court yard as his safe place is home so needs a nice yard to sniff and explore in.
While ammo Isgreat with other dogs, people are defiantly his favourites and he is more a hi and bye kinda guy when meeting others and doesn’t generally engage in play. He wouldn’t suit a home wanting him to play at the dog park with all the other dogs, he would be more likely to sit at your feet and enjoy the sights. He is looking for a cruisey and laid back life style with the Exception of a
Daily walk or jobs round the block.
If you are looking for a loving and loyal companion please send a brief description of the home you can provide and we will send you an adoption application.
He is located in whittlesea for meet and greets
Medical notes
Ammo has no known medical concerns
He is desexed
vaccinated
microchipped
intestinal wormed
heartworm, tick, flea prevented
Adoption details
Our adoption process has 5 stages -
#1 A brief description of your home-
We ask that you send an inquiry with a brief description of the home that you can provide and why you think your home is suitable for the animal you are inquiring about.
Please note: if you do not send a brief description of the home that you can provide we will not continue with the adoption process
#2 Some questions-
You will receive an adoption application form within 24 hours of your inquiry being sent
#3 Photo's of your yard - Applicable for dogs only -
Please provide photos of your yard including sheltered area from sun and rain
#4 Meet & greet - With other dog/s if you have any -
You will receive an email within 72 hours of sending your application in which will let you know if your application has been successful. We will then organise a meet and greet
*PLEASE NOTE*: Not all applications are successful. We aim to match our animals to their perfect homes, sometimes there are many homes suitable but unfortunately only one animal.
Organized MEET AND GREETS do not guarantee the adoption of our of our animals. Eden Ark have the final say in the meet and greet process, If we feel our animal will not suit your family the trial period will not go ahead.
#5 A 7 day trial period -
If your meet is successful we ask that you have everything ready to take your new family member home that day. if this isn't possible, prior arrangement MUST be made - please understand we are not in a position to hold animals for you.
Adoption fee must be paid in cash on the day if your meet and greet is successful to start your 7 day trial period.
Once your 7 day trial period is complete,
Welcome to the Eden Ark Family!
