About Jesse

Jesse came into foster care, saved from life on the streets, with his brother Hamish, who is now doing so well in his furever home - but Jesse is still waiting.

Jesse can still be quite shy with humans, but he makes up for it with his voice, particularly at meal times! His confidence with human affection is also growing all the time and he's happy to sleep on the couch nearby and accept pats - on his terms.

Jesse is very affectionate with all of his feline siblings and is happy to relax with them, playing occasionally but prefers to watch the action. A house with a confident cat pal, or pals, would be pawfect!

He is also happy enough with a small-medium dog housemate, so would be okay going with cat savvy dogs.

He would prefer a quiet household without small children though.

He has had some skin issues but it's currently responding well to a new diet. We will support you through the next few months with his skin condition, to ensure it's under control .

Jesse is available to meet in Bicton! His adoption fee is reduced to $50. This includes sterilisation, microchipping, vaccinations, flea and worm treated.

What does this mean?

Animals listed on Pet Rescue are available for adoption from foster homes across Perth.

If you are interested in adopting from us, please complete an expression of interest with as much detail about your home and what you're looking for in an animal as possible.

We will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your application and arrange a meet a greet with the animal. If this goes well, and all vet work has been completed, you can take the animal home from the meet and greet, after paying by cash or bank transfer.

There is a "settling in" period, the length of which depends on the animal - if the match doesn't work out in this period, we will refund the adoption fee.

We endeavour to confirm application receipt, and that it is under consideration, within 12 hours. We endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. However, as we are a small group run by volunteers, we appreciate your patience - but you are welcome to send email requests for updates/contact in the meantime.
