About Lucy
Lucy will need a strong leader.
We feel this girl needs to go back to the country where she can have a run without feeling insecure.
Twice now Lucy has been adopted and it hasn't worked out. There is a side to her that we have not seen while out in public.
We have taken her to a dog park where we walked around the outside and she didn't react to the dogs. Car's, skate board and a pusher she was good. We even sat outside the supermarket with people and their trolleys going past. We can only assume that she was afraid and the people have tried to comfort her which has made it worse. The only time we have seen any of this was at the vet's where we had to muzzle her. Poor girl was so scared that she wet herself.
Lucy is an indoor/outdoor girl who would love to spend her time with you. She is an affectionate dog that loves a cuddle.
We have been doing lead training with a gentle leader, she is improving although still pulls.
Will need more work on and off lead. Like most dogs food is the key to her training.
Lucy is a Border Collie x Kelpie.
'Please note she is not going to be suitable for children.

We ask that you contact by phone, stating which dog you are intrested in.
We will ask some questions to find out if this dog is suitable for your home. If we feel that they could we would then set a time to do a meeting at your home. \ At this point we will also do a property check to make sure it is safe and secure.
Should this go well you will be asked to fill out the adoption paper work. NOW you have found your next best mate.
