About Jax
My name is Jax and I am looking for a forever family who will love me but I have "requirements":
#1 I love short walks, so you should probably take me on some of those
#2 Belly rubs and massage are your jobs (aside from snacks we should have whilst watching Netflix)
#3 I can play ball and frisbee pretty hard but I love to relax too (see # 2 for relaxing jobs)
#4 I like car rides
#5 I am a really GOOD boy and you can leave me when you go to work, I promise I’ll behave.
#6 I am 4 years old, I’m not ready to live with kids or animals yet and need someone to take me to my trainer regularly, his name is Ernie and I like him a lot. (He has yummy treats and does job #2 pretty good).
#7 if you take me swimming I will repay in cuddles.
#8 There will be endless love and gratitude from me if you fulfil my wish list.
A message from Jax's carers:
Jax is the most lovely dog anyone can have, he's full of love, kisses and kindness, in just one week with us he stole our hearts.
He loves playing, cuddling and is super obedient. When we are not at home he would just wait for us in our couch without being naughty or noisy.
We'd love to be his forever home but unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for him. His future family will be really lucky!
Please note- Jax has paid for training in Melbourne that will involve a weekly class.
Adoption details
If you would like to apply to adopt Jax, please send us an email at bordersmallanimalrescue@hotmail.com telling us about yourself and your home. Please include things such as who lives in the house, if you have any pets, where you are located and anything else you'd like us to know about you.
BSAR does not operate as a "first in best dressed" organisation. Our main priority is matching every animal to the right family. An admin will be in contact with you as soon as possible regarding your enquiry. Our animals are fostered in private homes and we do not have a shelter location. Meet and greets are arranged with approved families at a mutual time and location with the animal's foster carer, the adoptive home and the admin team.
BSAR is run by volunteers and we aim to respond to enquires within 48hrs however this may not always be possible due to personal commitments outside of BSAR. If you haven't heard from us within 48hrs of your initial enquiry, please feel free to send through a reminder email.
Adoption fees are to be paid in full before the two-week trial period commences.
We offer lifetime support for our adoptive homes and also have a lifetime returns policy.
Thank you for choosing adoption and we look forward to chatting with you!
