About Jameson
Jameson is a new addition to the Lost Souls fluffle! Jameson was found on the streets of Canning Vale enjoying life as a street bun before he was caught and taken to the local vet to be microchip checked - sadly, like most cases we see through the rescue he didn't have a microchip. Jameson was shy to start with but settled in very quickly and soon made his pen his home. He loves to explore and chin everything in his path! Cardboard boxes are a must and he particularly loves his new Kmart shark tunnel - You can hear him zooming up and down!
Jameson has been a well loved pet and arrived into our care in great condition. Jameson weighed in today 1.95kg and is a small-medium sized bun. He has been well handled and at times can be very confident (once he knows his surroundings and human). He has a short dark grey coat with creamy coloured markings - easily maintained with weekly brushing. He doesn't mind being picked up and has been known to drool when you scratch his itchy spot ;) He really is character!
Jameson isn't fussy with his food and has been on a good diet with Vetafarm/Oxbow pellets, plenty of fresh oaten hay, wide variety of vegetables and herbs with some fruit (limited amounts). He isn't fussed on treats but does love his Granny Smith apple slices, cold from the fridge (of course!) and has an epic butt twitch when he gets his treat early!
We estimate Jameson to be approx 8-9 months old. Yes, he has been desexed/vaccinated/microchipped by The Unsual Pet Vets.
Jameson would suit being a single spoilt bunny or could eventually be bonded to a desexed female. We are looking for a lovely forever home for Jameson and know the right family is out there for him. Ideally, we would be looking for a family where Jameson would be indoors and be apart of everyday living.
Jameson's adoption fee is $185 which includes his desexing, vaccination and microchip at The Unusual Pet Vets.
Medical notes
Jameson has been thoroughly vet checked by The Unusual Pet Vets. No medical conditions noted.
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view our beautiful rabbits. We love them all and know you will too!
If you would like to know more regarding our rescue or considering adopting one of our precious bunnies, please contact us via phone or email. After our chat, if it sounds like you may be a suitable match we will send you through a application form (step 1).
Once we have received your forms and feel you would be a good fit for our rescue bun/buns, we will arrange a time for you to meet (step 2). On occasions (at our discretion) we may organise a house check to ensure that your setup is safe and secure. If all parties are happy to proceed, an adoption fee is paid and your welcome to take your new family member home on a 2 week trial (step 3). If after or anytime during the trial you are certain your new family member is going nowhere, the decision is made final and we make the adoption official! (step 4). On the other hand, if you have a change of mind or circumstance we ask you to contact us as soon as possible so we can make immediate arrangements for their return to the rescue.
We look forward to hearing from you soon!
