About Jack
My name is Jack, previously Jenny BUT SURPRISE - I was actually a boy. I was adopted only a week ago but was returned because I did't get along with the other animals but how can I be expected to like the other animals when I am only given a week to settle? It's not really fair... I am looking for a new home that understands that, for any cat, it takes more than a week to adapt to a new home.
He's a very laid back cat who is eager to be outside. He really enjoys spending time with my teen daughters, not so much with me as I told him off on his first day for scratching the couch and he still hasn't forgiven me.
> He's friendly and enjoys company
> Doesn't like being locked in and prefers to sleep with you
> Very low maintenance and clean.
> Likes pats and chin scratches and sitting with/on you. He's a companion cat.
> Is ok with our dog as long as she's not whining in his face.
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
