About Honey
Hello my name is Honey and as my name suggests I am a sweet girl. For 13 years I lived like a queen, and shh don't tell anyone but I think I may have been a little bit spoilt. I was surrendered as my owner went into care and could not take me with her, which broke both our hearts.
I'm really not fond of other cats but I would be ok with a gentle dog.
I am not a lap cat but I enjoy human company and a chin scratch and will sit close by you. I still like to play sometimes and have been known to run 'maddies' around the house.
They say that I have early stage renal failure but don't let that worry you. It is quite common in older cats and with the correct diet I will live a happy and healthy life.
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
