About Dot
Dot is a friendly girl who is social with other dogs. She is active and enjoys walking. Dot would suit a family with teenage kids as she can get very excited, jumpy and mouthy. She gets excited to go for a walk and walks nicely on loose lead. She ignores cars and dogs and loves to jog and run. She enjoys cuddles and belly rubs and jumps up to lick your face. She sits on command. Walkers say “Great nature”, “Full of beans, strong pull, jumps up on people." "Sweet always" "Enjoys a tummy tickle", "Seems very easy to train. Really likes to jump on you and lick your face if you give her a chance. At the end she sat on my lap for some cuddles. Loves walking in puddles" She has a short coat and weighs 23.8kg
Good with Kids: Shown to be good with kids in the controlled environment of the Shelter.
Suit Part Time Worker: Copes alone for short periods, with training possibly longer but presently does need someone home part of the time
Garden: Needs a home that has more space as well as a garden for exercise and regular walks outside.
Medical notes
She comes desexed, C5 vaccinated, heartworm free and microchipped. Also included for the love and health of our dogs is a free Health and Wellness Voucher with our DR Vet
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
