About Sunny
This delicate little girl is looking for a home that is patient, loving and can build her confidence. We don't quite know what her past entailed but she is shy around most things that are new in her life. She needs another confident and guiding dog in her new home that can help her overcome the boundaries of being unsure around new situations.
She does settle fast once she realises she is safe, but she will need someone calm and collected to do so. Due to this, we would say no young kids in her new home, quiet kids over the age of 10 are best suited.
She will need fencing 6ft and over to make sure she is safe and secure in her new home, and at this stage, we would say no rural fencing as she tends to run if she is unsure. She must be allowed inside in her new home to be close to her new family especially to make sure a bond is created between herself and her new family members.
She is best suited to a home without cats, pocket pets or poultry although she hasn't shown any aggression when meeting them. We aren't sure on her interactions with them once her confidence has being built.
She is adjusting well to crate training and showing that she is toilet trained and has good leash skills, and is a smart girl who is picking up everything quite fast.
Sunny would love to find a loving home to help her blossom, one where she can truly show someone how beautiful in nature she really is.
She is located in the Lower Hunter Valley and her adoption fee is $400.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
