About Bella
Hi! My name is Bella and I am a very happy, good natured lovebug. I love walks, playing, snuggling and being near my favourite humans. My top three favourite things are food, sleeping in the sun and going for walks. I’m a bundle of fun and positive dog energy. Everyone who meets me loves me. I’m ready to join your family and to make you laugh (I also enjoy sitting on people!).
Bella is an lovely girl who knows sit, wait, down and is working on ‘stay’. She is house trained and sleeps well outside or inside on her bed (she’d sleep on your bed if you let her!). She walks nicely on a lead and really enjoys visiting the off-lead beach (her recall is fine). Bella really loves the beach and enjoys swimming a lot. When her foster humans are out, she is content to chill in the yard.
She is very good with other dogs and would best suit a home with another older doggy companion who can show her the ropes. Right now, Bella lives with two other foster dogs and plays nicely with them. She plays well with other dogs when at off-leash parks and is very respectful of all breed types.
Bella is very good with children and is very gentle with her three year old human foster sister. She loves to roll onto her back and to enjoy all types of pats. Bella hasn’t been tested on cats, but I imagine she would be fine with them. Bella would suit a home with another older dog of a medium or large size (she plays like her breed type).
Wherever we go with Bella people want to pat her. She is a giant love bug and simply enjoys the company of her favourite humans. She will be a wonderful addition to any family who understands dogs of her size and who will enjoy her lovebug nature. If you come and meet Bella we guarantee you will fall in love with her!

Adoption details
Please go to our website to complete an adoption application form for this dog. www.soulmates4lifedogrescue.com.au/adopt/apply
Filling out an adoption application does not commit you to adopting a dog.
Once we receive your application we will put you in contact with the dog's foster carer to have a chat about the dog and whether it is the right fit for your family. The carer will then arrange a meet and greet with you and your potential new dog.
A volunteer from our rescue will also contact you to arrange a home inspection to make sure the home and yard is safe and secure. If all goes well, the dog will go on a 21 day trial to make sure that they dog fits into your lifestyle. And then you will live happily furever after.
Please note that there is no trial period for puppies, only for adult dogs over the age of 6 months.
