About Marley
Marley is a loving girl who wants to spend every minute with her people just doing whatever they like to do. She has good recall and can be readily called back. She does take an interest in things and animals that move.
Marley is good with other dogs and can be a little bossy until she gets to know them. She would be best suited to a home by herself or with a more dominant and older dog, as she has not spent a lot of time socialising with other dogs in her short life and needs to learn ‘doggy’ manners.
She is still learning it's not OK to chase chickens, sheep, goats and cats and needs close supervision when around them or no access to them at all.
Marley loves children and the prospect of playing with them, but can be over excited and jumpy. She is learning to sit for them to pat her.
As she loves her humans, Marley will do anything she can to seek their company, even if it means climbing a fence to be with them. Therefore, she will need her own secure place if her people were to be away from her.
She knows her name, can sit for her food and has just started learning to walk properly on lead. She loves going in the car for adventures and is a good traveller.
Marley's new home must be one that includes her in family activities and be willing to keep up with her training and socialising with other doggie friends, so she becomes a well-adjusted part of the dog world.
