About Simba
My name is Simba, and my foster mum says I am a big handsome kitten.
I am a big playful man-kitten who loves his foster siblings. I love my fresh chicken and tuna meals that my mum makes for me. I am very much a loving and friendly kitty to my siblings however my new forever home will need some time and patience to get me confident with my new humans. I will need to be adopted with my brother Pingu as he makes me more confident and we bring out the best in each other and we are best suited to a home with no young kids as we wouldn't like being chased, we need our space.
I came to my foster mum as a 3 month old kitten rescued from bushland. I was very scared and it took me many months to trust her. While I still don't like pats, I do love sitting next to my foster mum on the couch and watching TV , biting her feet in bed and following her around when shes home. With some more time I am sure I will love pats, I'm just a bit cautious right now.
I love playing with my brother Pingu, sleeping on fluffy things and eating, did I mention I love eating??
I am a man who knows what he wants. I like my breakfast of biscuits every morning and something yummy for dinner at night, I like to eat dinner at 6pm. I then go into the outdoor cat pen and run amuck with my siblings until I feel sleepy. I then go to my foster mum's bed and annoy her by biting her feet under the covers. I am also known to run up and down the hallway playing with my toys in the early hours of the morning, I don't think this is a problem though. I am persuaded with treats also, so if you want to get to know me, sit on the floor and give me treats.
Cheeky and playful. I am also very beautiful to look at! You should see my markings.
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
