Meet Henry - this young 7mth old vivacious pup will keep you entertained for hours! He has the most bizarre look - weighs 8kilos (so he is only little) but looks a little like a Jack Russell x Corgi kinda dude! He has a big spirit in a little body - so is very typical nature to a Jack Russel. He loves to play fetch and will bring the ball back every time. He will usually drop it too when asked....but this still needs some work. He loves to play with squeaky toys, loves to explore the garden and generally just has such a zest for life that zoomies in the backyard are a daily must!
He adores the company of other dogs, but needs to learn that his enthusiasm to make new friends is not always appreciated by others! He lives with other dogs in the foster home and has been tested with many and is fine. But that said, Henry is still a pup and still needs to learn some calm and manners around other dogs. He's innocent in his approach but just so over excited at the thought of new friends! Right now, he is not the sort of fellow that would go well at a busy dog park - he's just too much dog in a little body for some!!!
He is happy to be an inside dog when you're home, and outside in the yard when you're at work. A doggy friend would be wonderful (we would suggest a bigger active doggy for his match up) or being an only doggy child would be ok too. He doesn't bark unnecessarily, and is an all round wonderful little puppy!
