About Shivers
Meet Blizzard a loving 2 and a half year old Siberian Husky x boy who has a short, soft white coat with unique tan markings. He has one blue eye and one brown eye and a happy smile that stretches from ear to ear. We are unsure what he is crossed with - perhaps Staffy as he has a Staffy smile and ability to perch on your lap for cuddles.
Blizzard is an energetic and happy boy who would love an active family who will take him for a walk or even a jog each day and involve him in activities to keep him mentally stimulated. He's very clever and loves his treats - but even more than treats is his desire for your affection. He leans on your legs, sits by your side or hops onto your lap if there's room (he has no concept of personal space at times!). If you stop patting him he'll give you a nose nudge for more.
Blizzard would suit a dog savvy single person, couple or family who has had experience with playful and strong dogs previously. He will thrive in a home with a routine, boundaries , exercise, mental challenges and of course lots of cuddles. He has some good basic manners and will excel with some advanced training or learning fun new tricks .
Blizzard will require 6 foot colourbond fencing or similar secure fencing. He loves chasing a ball and playing in a paddle pool on hot days so if you live near the beach or a river he'd enjoy getting his feet wet with you. He may suit a family with another medium sized female playful dog.
Blizzard is a sweet boy who has previously lived with kids so he is good with them. He enjoys meeting new people - after some initial excitement and much tail wagging he will give you affectionate kisses or roll onto his back to ask for tummy rubs. Blizzard is a lapdog who will reward your commitment to him with loyalty and cuddles .
