About Jack
Sassy Jack
Hello! My name is Jack and I am a 10 year old boy who makes a very sweet (and sassy) companion. My headshot says it all!
I am a bit shy and can get scared so I need you to be understanding with me - I lost my family and have been through some trauma (I'm working on it). However once I get used to my home and owners I am happy to spend time with them and follow them around demanding pats, as a cat should.
I still like to sleep in small enclosed spaces a lot of the time because honesty, who likes people? Just kidding, it makes me more comfortable! Don't worry I will come out in my own time. I am quite an independent cat and will come for pats when I want to but prefer it on my own terms. It's one of my quirks.
I rekcon I'd require a patient owner with a relatively stress free home as loud noises or new people aren't really my thing. Due to my temperament and light colour I will need to have an indoors only home.
It's important you know my favourite things, so you can spoil me of course! I love eating cat grass/plants and drinking my foster mum's water out of cups. I also like going under blankets, patting myself on hands and eating my foster parent's hair. I don't like to sleep on beds or drop much fur so I don't make any mess!
I am currently staying with foster parents in Mandurah so please feel free to contact them to come and meet me - I'd love to meet you!
Adoption details
Just browse some of the photos of our beautiful cats available for adoption or come to our shelter in Shenton Park to meet our many beautiful kitties.
Please be aware that the cats featured on this page represent only a very small portion of the total number of beautiful felines we have available for adoption. We do not include any of our kittens on this page, as the turnover for youngsters is simply too high to keep up-dating, but we always have many beautiful kittens looking for homes!
Also many of our cats and kittens are currently staying in temporary foster homes out in the community but are still looking for a loving home, so please call Cat Haven in advance if you want to make arrangements for a meeting with a foster cat.
