About Harry **On Trial With My New Family**
Hi friends! Haz here! The funniest, most affectionate hound going ‘round!
I’m two and a half and have been living with my Foster Ma for almost two months. She thinks I’m really something special. I make her laugh everyday with my quirky personality. We really do have a tonne of fun together.
First things first, I am PERFECT on lead. Foster Ma says I am a delight to walk. Unlike my other greyhound friends, I do enjoy long walks. I absolutely love to be out and about. I have shown no interest in other dogs whilst on lead – I stand still and occasionally have a sniff – wow there are some funny looking ones around! Unlike me! So many people stop to comment on how handsome and calm I am, but don’t worry I know.
I must be kept on lead and supervised when out as I have previously had a run in with another small dog.
I love travelling in the car, going to the park, cafes, beach and weekly visits to see my girlfriends at PetStock (treats galore!). On that note, I LOVE food!
Foster Ma works full time and I really don’t mind – I enjoy my downtime and lounging around. I must have inside access – I don’t like being outside unless she is with me or I need to use the toilet.
Due to my past life as a racer, I cannot be homed with cats as I was taught from a young age by humans to chase small things - especially if they run. I am also very strong due to my past life (28kgs and muscly) and occasionally jump when excited so I cannot go to a home with young children (teens and up are ok!) or people with mobility issues. I mean no harm, I just love to play and sometimes jump up to nuzzle in for a cuddle. I like to be close. I also love hugs and kisses.
I have a heart of gold, I am considerate and don’t demand anything other than your love. I promise to return it ten fold. I absolutely love visitors so if you like what you’re reading please come and meet me!
