About Cleo
Introducing the lovely Cleo.
Cleo is laid back, super gentle and loves cuddles.
She is still a puppy, so she has medium energy needs as she learns new things although short walks are suitable at this stage as she is very good at expending energy by playing at home. Cleo loves soft toys and tug of war type games.
Cleo is currently learning basic commands such as sit and wait and shake before feeds but will certainly benefit from further training as she grows. She is a quick learner and is already toilet trained. Food can be used as a motivator during her training process as she loves her food!
Favourite treats are pig’s ears and smacko type nibbles. She has displayed no aggression during feeding when other dogs are around.
She doesn’t currently live with children but has met a 2 and 8-year-old and Cleo is very friendly and playful around them. She displays puppy exuberance by sometimes jumping up on them but stops when she is told ‘no’. She has been around several other dogs and is always friendly and playful. Cleo has met a cat and displayed no negative tendencies although the cat did not like her.
Cleo is good on walks, doesn’t pull and is good when she meets other dogs. She is familiar with her name and is getting better with her recall. She is an inside/outside dog when her foster family are at home, but she currently sleeps outside.
A medium size yard with normal fences would be ideal for Cleo. She has never tried to escape and she hasn’t dug any holes whilst in foster care.
Cleo loves to follow her foster mum around and loves cuddles. Her ears stick up all the time, even when she is sleeping. She is a real cutie.
Her ideal forever family would be one that gives her lots of love and caring and are prepared to continue the good work that has been done with her training.
She is a lovely dog who will return your love in bucket loads.
