About Nikita
Introducing Nikita our 5.5 year old sweet natured Siberian Husky. Nikita is an attractive girl with rich brown eyes (one with pale blue highlights) and a unique white stripe on her forehead - she has a soft silver coat which makes cuddles a breeze! Nikita's special place is on your lap or just generally lounging with you. She enjoys being pampering and is looking for her very own doting forever family.
Nikita is relatively quiet however she does like to have a gossip and chatter with you at times. She would thrive in a home where she is part of daily life and able to lounge inside with you on her own soft bed. She may suit husky lovers or first time arctic owners who will enjoy teaching her the basics as she settles in with them. She has a few basic manners like sitting when asked (although when there are yummy treats on offer she enjoys jumping and prancing on her back legs in excitement!)
Nikita is in care with many other dogs and has a few male friends - she is more of a people-dog though. She may suit a family with an existing male pooch, but would probably thrive best in a single dog family where she gets all the attention and affection. She may suit a family with older kids who are used to medium sized, bouncy dogs. As with most of our arctics we'd suggest a home without cats, chickens or pocket pets.
Nikita enjoys her walks and will happily join you however far you go. She adores the car and will jump in and go for a cruise with you at any opportunity. She perches in the seat and watches the world go by.
Nikita is an easy going gal who'd love to be your baby-girl, so if you are looking to adopt an affectionate and loving husky (with an adorable head tilt) then please contact us about Nikita.
Medical notes
Nikita came into foster care with a hot spot on her neck which is healing with treatment. She is otherwise a healthy girl.
