About Siku
Meet Siku - our jovial and bouncy Siberian Husky boy who acts a lot younger than his 7 years. Siku (pronounced See-Koo) is spritely and fun-loving - he'll happily befriend both humans and canines.
Siku has a sleek silver and white coat and one multi-coloured eye that glints with mischief! He is in foster care with over 20 dogs and he's friendly with all of them. Due to him being so dog social we would love to find him a home with another playful doggy pal to play and chill with.
Siku has a natural curiosity about everything that's going on around him - he enjoys seeing what you're up to and making friends when he's out walking. He'd love a daily walk so he can release some energy and check out the neighbourhood . He will benefit from some lead training to calm his initial excitement in everything! He's also a water boy who enjoys paddling in a clam-pool on a hot day.
Siku loves his humans and savours any attention he receives - he appreciates a neck rub or back scratch and will nudge you for more. He can jump up a little but will also sit nicely when asked. He's very treat focused so will enjoy further training with his new family. He may suit a single person, a couple or a family with older kids or teenagers. As with most of our arctics he will be best in a home without cats, chickens, birds or pocket pets.
Siku is looking forward to meeting a new family who will love his bubbly nature and spend lots of time with him. So if you are looking to adopt a smiling and playful boy who will make you smile too then please contact us about Siku.
Medical notes
Siku has a limp in his back leg from an old injury which doesn't slow him down in daily life.
