About Ziggy
Ziggy has the most beautiful face markings and the cutest furry tummy. He looks a lot like a blue Abyssinian. He loves head rubs, being close to his humans, and playing with toys. He'll even play fetch! He is completely ready for a family to call his own.
Ziggy was rescued from behind an IGA at the age of 4 months and has been in foster care with WA Pet Project for over four years. His first lovely foster carer also looks after a lot of other cats, and this wasn’t really letting Ziggy’s personality shine. When Ziggy's brother was adopted in July, the new family decided to foster Ziggy as well. He has really come out of his shell, and it turns out he is quite the smoocher! He's ready to share your lap, your couch, or your bed. However, the two brothers clearly like humans far more than each other, so Ziggy needs to find his forever family where he can be number one catto.
Ziggy will likely be quite shy at first, but it will only be a week or two before he's seeking pats and chatting in cute meows to his humans. He loves to play or cuddle up on his bed, elegantly awaiting attention. If pats don’t come regularly enough, Ziggy will go looking for them. Ziggy would suit a home with adults or older children and has lived happily with a dog.
Handsome, curious, and affectionate, Ziggy has waited so long for his own loving family. Could you give him the forever home he deserves?
