Are you a quiet family looking for a shy, but loving cat? Mary Poppins is someone to consider. She doesn’t dish out her love to all & sundry but saves it for those who earn her trust.
Mary Poppins loves to share quiet times with her family. Humans, cats, dogs; she doesn’t mind as long as you are gentle. Due to what our vets suspect was a car accident, Mary Poppins has 2 fused vertebrae above her pelvis. This means she doesn’t enjoy being lifted up but she can jump onto your lap.
Another effect the accident has had on Mary Poppins is a limited ability to squat; so she requires high-sided litter trays! But otherwise she has been given a clean health check.
Do you have room in your home and heart for a cat with special needs?
Mary Poppins has 2 vertebrae just above her pelvic girdle that have fused giving her limited bending mobility. She is still able to run and jump but won't be able to go outside. The vets have said Mary Poppins should have a normal life expectancy.
Congratulations!! Adopting a new pet is super exciting stuff and we're here to help!
WA Pet Project aims to match our foster pets as perfectly as possible with their new homes. We also want to ensure that the potential home is suitable for our foster pets.... So there's a few easy steps we need to cover. To view our adoption process click on the link below:
Please note we cover up to date vaccines whilst the pet is in foster care. The adoption fee does not cover microchip change over fees after the trial is over. For more info send us an email.
