Rosie escaped her life from a pig farm as a small piglet by slipping under the fence and running to the nearest house who then bought her to our care. She has a very unique personality and loves eating porridge, wallowing in mud and pats under her arm. Whilst she is incredibly sweet - she can be fussy, needy, and very sensitive. She needs a carer who is patient and will take the time to know the beautiful pig she is inside and out. We would consider adopting her out to a home without other pigs because of this. She isn't suitable for families with small children. Rosie is not for breeding or eating and will be adopted out to pet homes only.
This animal had been wormed and treated for lice.
Please contact us to discuss the adoption process. General we like people to come and meet the animal they are interested in. Where possible we prefer to do a home inspection prior to rehoming (this is to ensure you have adequate fencing and a shelter). We currently have goats, pigs and roosters looking for loving homes.
