About Gavin
ABOUT ME:
I love dogs :)
Hey! Looking for a cat with lots of life and fun? Then perhaps you need to consider me? I am a mature man, with a mature style, and I am particularly fine :) I have particular tastes (I like dogs, not keen on small kids) and I don't reaaallllyy like being told what to do. Ok - so you can tell me what to do from time to time, but you have to realise that sometimes I am not going to be told. I am a cat after all!
WHAT WE THINK: Gavin is a lovely cat but he does have a mind of his own. If you are content to have a cat that acts like a cat, and truly loves dogs, then perhaps Gavin is the cat for you? Gavin hasn't lived with other cats since he was rescued but had a short stay with a family member who had a cat. Their cat wasn't interested in being friends but Gavin was very confident and happy to explore his new environment and then found himself a comfortable spot in their home. His current family think he would be suited to either a solo person or a couple without young children but with or without other cats or dogs.
Gavin's current family just want to find him a forever home more suitable for his temperament. They will supply a bag of his food (Hills Science Diet sensitive), his litter box, food bowls and the scratching post he loves so much.
Heads up - he is not keen on small children but is very happy to be a perfect cat decoration for your home! Check out his photos :)
ADOPTING ME: I have thought seriously about taking you on and when you take me home, I are committed to you for life. So, I hope you have thought seriously about this and are likewise planning on committing to me.
Medical notes
None, but happy to discuss. Gavin is desexed, vaccinated, and microchipped, as well as and regularly wormed and flea treated.
As Gavin is a rescue cat his age in this ad is a "best estimate" only. He will be rehomed healthy, happy and vet checked. However we do not know his family's medical history and cannot guarantee his future health.
Gavin is being fed premium Hills Science Diet food and he loves chicken necks and tuna too.
