Small Male Maltese
- Rescue group:
- Denise At Paws
- PetRescue ID:
- New South Wales
onny is a dear little dog who acts much younger than his age suggests. He is a boy who enjoys the finer things in life like sitting on his foster carers lap, and doing a little dance for his favorite treat. Sonny will suit a home with a couple/single who are dog savvy and have no small children living in the home. He is currently living with multiple dogs, however he does like to be the centre of attention. A short stroll daily wouldn’t go astray, and would also keep him fit and healthy. Sonny is a small Maltese and has a coat that will require regular grooming to keep him looking beautiful. He is a house dog and is house trained, Sonny requires access via a doggie door or similar at all times.
Sonny has developed epilepsy while in foster care, he is now on medication which has his condition under control.
Sonny comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, heartworm tested, and he has had a dental. The adoption fee is $325. Sonny is not available for adoption outside of NSW (Except ACT). If you would like further information on Sonny, please email Denise
If you are interested in adopting one of our rescue dogs please email and tell us all about your family, other pets, lifestyle, accommodation and anything else relevant to your enquiry, this information helps us to know if the dog you are enquiring about will suit your family. As all of our rescue dogs are in foster care in private homes we know what our dogs want and need to keep them happy when they are adopted by their new family. Home visits are done to check fencing, meet family members and other animals in the home. Once the home check is complete you are welcome to visit the dog in his foster home and all going well the dog will go on a two week trial with your family. We are always happy to extend the trial period if necessary. If for any reason at any time the adoption fails please contact us immediately, we will always take our dogs back into care
