This beautiful looking girl is a kelpie cross aged around 2 years. We called her “Sarah” because we felt it suited her lovely nature; she’s intelligent and loyal, happy to share her world with anyone, and an absolute delight to know. We're not quite sure what she is crossed with as she is mostly Kelpie, but there is a vague suggestion of some other breed being present.
Sarah will make a wonderful companion for an active family, and she would thrive if she is given time and included as a member of the family. She is very friendly, loves other dogs of any size, and is good with kids. This girl ticks all the boxes.
Sarah has a short, easy-care coat, and the colours are wonderful; she’s a lovely light chocolate colour with highlights of caramel and marshmallow. Such a pretty example of nature’s art.
Sarah walks very well on lead and stays mainly at your side without pulling. She loves to please, and learns quickly. She is house-trained, and sleeps inside at night without any problem; in fact she has her favourite armchair just the right size for a snuggle, but if you’re on the couch and she can lay her head on your lap that’s even better.
This girl is a little bit insecure and may take a little while to settle when she goes to her new home. She needs company, and would not suit a situation where she was left alone for long periods of time.
Sarah is located in the Raymond Terrace area of Newcastle, NSW, and not far from the end of the M1 if you are driving up from Sydney. To find out more about her please phone her foster-carer, Lynda, 0401264514 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If phoning on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday please call between 7.30pm and before 9 pm.
