Marnie has affectionately become known as wiggle butt in our household. She is such a kind, affectionate girl and is so easy to have around. She isn't mouthy and has never destroyed anything in her foster home. She is the best foster pup we have ever had (don't tell the others I said that).
Marnie absolutely loves kids and her sweet disposition means that she's an excellent family dog candidate. Marnie loves playing with her canine foster sister and also grew up on a farm and lived with cats. Marnie is house trained, crate trained and is starting to walk very nicely on lead. We'd love to see her go to a home with another calm and friendly male dog, and kids!
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Marnie's history of being kept on a farm for the first 6 months of her life, she can find new things a bit scary. She will need lots of gentle socialisation and would really benefit from on going group training sessions to help her find her confidence. Marnie can be fearful of new dogs and is going to be better suited to interactions with gentle, easygoing pooches. Ideally Marnie's new family will have kids and an easy going male canine companion/s to play with. Marnie CAN NOT go to high traffic areas like dog parks and the dog beach, it completely overwhelms her.
Congratulations!! Adopting a new pet is super exciting stuff and we're here to help!
