Eli is a domestic medium hair male cat. He has a black spot on his nose and looks like he has black lippy on! His fur is glossy and soft and so nice to snuggle up against. He is exceptionally good with his personal hygiene.
Eli was rescued from the pound after seemingly being abandoned in a rental house. He had a little kitten with him at the time and his good attitude led rangers to think he was a mum with his bub, but alas Eli was just a good male cat putting up with his annoying little companion!
Eli is soft and sweet-natured, amazingly good with children, and a lover of cuddles and smooches. He headbutts his foster carer’s three year old and gives her smooches. His desire to be at his person’s side all the time and in human company shows he was a much loved and adored member of his previous family. He likes to chatter away to his people in squeaks (doesn't meow but squeaks).
LIKES / DISLIKES
Eli likes kisses, cuddles and being around people. He's been tested with a small dog and seemed okay. He puts up with other cats but is definitely more of a 'people cat'. He loves his food, and a good stretch. He disliked his trip to the vet, as many cats do.
Eli's ideal home would be with a family or at least with some people who are home a lot. He loves company.
*Adoption fee helps to cover the cost of sterilisation, microchipping, vaccination and flea / worming treatment
Eli's dental issues have meant that he has had most of his teeth extracted. He is doing well since his last tooth extraction.
Eli has been tested for FIV and FeLV and is negative.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a meet & greet with the cat or kitten you are interested in. If the meet & greet goes well, adoption can go ahead. We must receive the full adoption fee plus a completed adoption contract before the cat can go to his or her trial home. Please email us to discuss all the steps required to adopt.
