About Millie the Magnificent
ABOUT ME: Hello – my name is Millie, like Milli Vanilli. I’m a kitten looking for my forever home. Things were a bit scary when I first arrived with my sister, and we weren’t really sure about you humans. But now I love it here - being here with all these lovely people has made me see that people aren’t so bad! My foster mommy gives us lots of nice food, lots of toys and we get lots of pats and cuddles here. My foster mommy describes me as a pretty little lady with exquisite features and unusual silver grey markings. I'm very polite for a kitten and I have very lovely manners, if I do say so myself. But I do love to run around and chase and climb and play. And I've made loads of new friends here - most of them kittens like me! My sister Jessie and I are looking for our own home where we can be safe and happy and loved. We really would like to stay together - but I think we would be okay if we went to different homes. The most important thing is we both find homes where we are safe and loved. Girl, you know it's true - I love you! And I'll love you more if you take me home
WHAT WE THINK: Her name be sound like Milli Vanilli, but this girl is no fraudster like the 80s singing duo - she is the real deal. Millie is a petite, incredibly beautiful silver and white tabby girl who is an absolute sweetheart. Even though she’s as pretty as a picture, these photos don’t do this girl justice – she is even is more stunning in person. She was a bit shy when she first arrived, but with a little love and care, little Millie is blossoming into quite the lovely lady. While she is still on the quiet side, she is coming out of her shell, and she’ll be an affectionate kitten looking for fun and adventure. Poor Millie and her sister Jessie have had a tragic start, being dumped in the pound as orphans at such a young age. But to watch Millie and Jessie blossom into the lovely girls they are has brought tears to this writer's eyes. Millie has come a long way - she is learning to trust humans and has developed friendships with the other kittens here. While we would love to see Millie and her sister Jessie re-homed together, we think Jessie would be ok on her own, or perhaps with another friendly cat.
Medical notes
None, but happy to discuss. Please note that Millie is a pound cat, which means we don't know her background or history, and her age is an estimate only.
