About Gizmo
Gizmo is a cross of maybe a very small Chinese Crestie, who really knows, he is approx 5 months old.
Gizmo is not a silly little puppy but does have his bursts of play and energy and gets along with all the other dogs in his foster home even a dog around the 16 kilo mark.
Gizmo does need another dog his size and a dog around or anything up to 5 years of age that is playful and can be his best mate, he cannot be an only dog as he would be like leaving a human child around the age of 3 years old to their own devices in a backyard with nothing to do so they make their own fun, which is not always in the best interests for anyone.
Gizmo is a great little sleeper, is good in the car but will need ongoing housetraining in his new home, you can't expect him to learn everything in his short 5 months.
Gizmo would thrive in a home where he has a couple of older kids as he is a very delicate boy and will not do well with toddlers being rough with him, he needs to be able to come and go through a dog door during the day when there is no one home, he needs to be part of the family and not put outside at night, unless the whole family are prepared to sleep outside with him:-):-) dogs don't belong outside at night they need to be in as part of the family.
So if you fit the bill for this little cutie by all means give me a call and we can have a chat.
Adoption details
To enquire about a dog in foster care please either phone or email the foster carer (using the contact details listed with the dog's description).
The foster carer will ask about you, your family, and any other pets, about your lifestyle and accommodation, and about the type of dog you want, so that they can help work out if the dog you have selected is right for you.
For dogs, foster carers will also carry out a 'home check' where we look at fencing and shelter for the dog to make sure they are adequate, and advise on anything that needs to be done to make sure your dog will be safe and comfortable.
