Rocky

Rocky is an outgoing, affectionate and loyal boy who bonds quickly to his humans, a perfect combination of his breeds. He is very intelligent and willing to learn and is currently doing a basic training course with his foster carer who is a professional dog trainer. As a mix of active, intelligent breeds, Rocky will need an owner committed to continuing his training; if you'd like to shine at your local dog obedience club, Rocky could be your ticket to stardom.

Rocky is good with children and with other dogs large and small. He does play a bit rough with other dogs, so his ideal companion would be of similar size and bounce. He'd probably be better with older children or smaller ones who are used to dogs. He would love a canine companion to play with, or an active owner to spend lots of play time with him.

From his Golden ancestry Rocky has inherited his fun-loving personality and goofball playfulness, from his Rottweiler side Rocky has the deep loyalty and close devotion to his human which makes them so special.

Rocky is about the size of a Golden Retriever, with a lovely, soft, thick coat and the handsome colouring of a Rottweiler, just perfect as a foot warmer on cold nights.
