About Pocket
I am pocket! so named because i could fit in your pocket, and i'm a bit of a 'pocket rocket'. I am an enthusiastic young girl with heaps of confidence and energy. Being a malleable puppy, i would probably adapt quite well to almost any family. However, i am only little, and any families with young children would have to have very strict rules about picking me up - i am breakable!
my birth mum was a small crossbreed of about 4kgs - however, my dad is a bit of a mystery. It's important that my new family understands that i may grow bigger than my mum and be prepared to house a medium sized dog. I don't really know what my coat would look like when i grow up. At the moment it's soft and fluffy, and i may have to be clipped! in short, my new family needs to like surprises. As a young puppy, i need a home that will help me learn how to be a confident and stable dog. I would benefit from puppy classes and extensive socialisation. They will also have to be patient as i learn important lessons, like where to toilet and what not to chew. I have been raised my a foster border terrier mum. Our human foster mum is a registered, ethical breeder of border terriers and was kind enough to take my brother and i on. We've been treated just like any other puppy that she may breed, so we've had the utmost in care and socialisation in our early weeks. My purchase price includes:
a. A veterinary certificate of health,
b. A vaccination certificate,
c. A microchipping certificate,
d. Worming, and
e. A puppy pack with ongoing care details
Medical notes
Pocket did not have the best start to life. She was born into foster care and her birth mother did not look after her well. When she arrived with me, she was listless, dehydrated, and emaciated, and only 9 days old. She soon returned to health, but it's unclear what kind of damage her rough start may have on her overall well-being. At two weeks old, pocket had an eye infection which was treated and resolved
