Bobby

Looking for an active family or person who is very experienced with the Maltese breed and have worked with dogs that have suffered trauma.

Bobbie, 18 month old male Maltese sterilised and rescued from a backyard breeder in the later part of 2025. They were treated as stock and not as a loving pet.

Bobbie was one of from 12 to 14 dogs held at anyone time. Crated and locked up in the shed for most of the day and used for breeding with no attention given to him other than poor food and him being used for breeding.

Bobby is a very cute young dog with a little pink tongue that pops out a little . He is a fearful boy at this point in time but shows all the signs that with the right owner he will do well.

Bobby needs someone who understands how to work with a dog who's experienced trauma . He needs work with toilet training, lead training and social skills. Dog Dialogue trainer will do a few sessions with carer. Bobby is extremely loving and needs his confidence built.

Absolutely no aggression but will run and hide.

Bobby needs a carer who is home a lot and willing to give him time.

Bobby needs lots of walks, outings eg bunnings coffee shops, park etc. Things he hasn't had but will help his mental and social development. Bobby is good with other dogs and even cats. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body.

Bobby needs the opportunity to develop as a dog something he hasn't had and so deserves
