Meet Yogi, your purrfect puzzling companion!
Yogi is a private surrender from a home where he wasn't adjusting to life with young kids in the house. Yogi has been in foster care for around 6 months now, and although he has had a few enquires, no one has committed to meeting him yet.
Yogi's foster carer describes him: "He's very sweet, 10/10 lap hog, will come up and lie across you either when you're sitting down on the couch watching TV or when you're in bed and demands pats. When I pick him up he licks my nose, he very affectionate. He did bite me once, but to be fair, I was trying to push him off my puzzle. He is not agreeable to being removed from a jigsaw puzzle. In an ideal world, he should be a single child. He could live with another cat depending, and he would need a lot of attention and love. He needs a lot of love anyway."
While he may be a bit shy at first, he quickly warms up and loves to share his happiness with playful chatter. Don't let his age fool you, Yogi can at times still have the energy of a youthful kitten!
Yogi has spent some time in Petbarn hoping for a chance of adoption, but wasn't suited to the store environment. He found it stressful and has bitten a staff member trying to move him to clean his cage.
Ideal Home:
Yogi is looking for a calm environment where he can feel safe and secure. Yogi would prefer a quiet home with adults only, or children over 12 years only. We think he would probably be suited to a single adult female home. He is untested around dogs.
Medical Info:
Yogi has been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for fleas and worms.
He’s ready for a start fresh in a new home!
I WILL BE ADOPTED AS INDOORS ONLY - this not only protects me from dangers and deadly diseases but also protects our wonderful wildlife.
