About Diana
Diana is a seven year old girl who has lived with her owner from a pup. Family circumstances are now such, that her owner needs to find her a new home.
She is house trained and well cared for. She loves playing with a ball and going for walks with her owner.
Diana has not been well socialised with dogs, or other animals, so she is best suited to a home without any other dogs or animals. Diana has not lived or been around children.
She has had some obedience training and walks well on a short lead. She has good manners and has basic obedience training, 'sit, drop, stay, shake hand'. Her owner has also taught her to stand behind her on command.
If you understand the nature of a German Shepherd, and are looking for a companion dog then please consider Diana. She will provide lots of love and companionship in abundance when she connects and builds that trust with her new owner.
If you live in Queensland or Victoria, you can be considered for adoption; however, you must be able to drive with your family to meet Diana. If for any reason she doesn't fit your family you will be responsible for bringing him back to Sydney or helping us rehome her from your home.
To apply for Diana, please either click on the link "Enquire about Diana" and we will send you an application form or go to our website and complete the application form.

Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
