New Members Help Area

We're excited to announce the launch our new Members Help area (which you can access from the Members Area of PetRescue, by clicking on the Help menu item at the top right of the screen).

Unfortunately our old Help system had a few limitations - poor spam handling being the most severe! - and any support requests made through that system in the last few months have regrettably gone unanswered. We apologise for this oversight; rest assured we'll be closely monitoring the new system that is now in place.

We'll be adding new articles to the new knowledge base regularly, so make sure this is your first port of call when you experience a technical challenge with PetRescue, or would like to suggest a new feature request!
