About Animal Welfare League NSW - Nowra and Jervis Bay Branch
About us
We are a small branch run by dedicated volunteers from our local community. We do not have a facility and operate using our foster carers within their homes.
How to get involved
We are always in the need of quality foster carers and volunteers. If you believe you have the room and love to give abandoned or surrendered animals, or you think you would like to help with fundraising or become a member, please ring 0458 301 370 for more information.
What the branch does
We take in surrendered or abandoned cat/kittens, dogs/puppies from our local community. We have our subsidised desexing program throughout the year for recipients of Centrelink payments and concession cards. Our fundraising efforts help support our desexing program. All our pets are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and treated for fleas and worms before leaving our care.
